a Modest Home, Fred Hamilton Daniels (1908): An
excellent guide to Arts & Crafts Movement / Mission decor. This book
was first published in 1908 and is full of wonderful illustrations
of movement inspired decor. At the time, the Bungalow was considered
a "modest home" (try pricing one nowadays either in St. Paul, MN or
Denver, CO). If you are interested in decorating your bungalow in an
authentic manner, you will love this book. This is a very
early guide to decoration in true Arts/Crafts Mission style.
