Another scarce title for Ohio enthusiasts.
This book details the Indian trails that crisscrossed Ohio and provided the
means of transport in its early history. Wilcox did a fine job of
researching the trails and the book is full of historical snippets that the
reader may not be aware of. All in all an excellent study of the trails
that were an important part of Ohio and U.S. history.
We have expanded this book by including a reprint of William C. Mills'
Indian Trails and Towns map from the archaeological Atlas of Ohio published in
1914.
